Eryk pursued a career in bodywork as a natural development of their own healing journey. Because of their experiences with trauma and chronic stress, fatigue, and pain, they are passionate about creating a safe space to facilitate self-healing for every body. This informs their practice at every level and is evident in their integrative and intuitive massage with an awareness of the individual and systemic challenges clients may face.
Eryk’s background in clinical research contributes to their joy in merging science with intuition. They are particularly interested in a trauma-informed approach to the nervous system, and with neuromuscular and myofascial modalities.
They have trained in myofascial touch, reflexology, aromatherapy, sports massage, neuromuscular massage, Swedish massage, and more. They are attuned and trained in First Degree Reiki (Shoden) and engaged in ongoing bodywork training.
Eryk holds a degree in Comprehensive Massage Therapy from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Pennsylvania. Lic. # MSG013332
